Thanks guys! Randi, glad to hear you have seen success with measurements. I am excited to start lifting, however a bit intimidated with the equipment, executing proper form, and not hurting myself...lol. I know after a few days I will feel more comfortable!

I made these homemade egg "McMuffins" for the first time tonight. They keep up to a week in the fridge and freeze well. My diary puts them at 180 calories. I add hot sauce to mine. Homemade egg "McMuffins"! I just made these for the first time tonight. They keep up to a week in the fridge and I hear freeze well! First time making these tonight. Breakfast sandwiches cooked in a muffin tin. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Keeps up to a week in the fridge. Can't wait to try them :)
