Actually - my counselor is VERY focused on exercise! We talk about it every week, and how I can work around my knee injury. Perhaps it depends on the counselor you get? The JC foods are lower in sodium than the ones you find in the grocery store. I have very rarely gone over my sodium max for the day while eating the JC…

I'll add mine - this is about a 20lb difference - photo on left is from 2011, I was about 230 lbs, on the right is from last week, I'm at 208 right now...

I just finished my 2nd week, and I love it so far! I'm also doing Turbo, and Saturdays are my Reward Day as well. I've lost 7.3 pounds in two weeks! :)

That is awesome! As a fellow asthmatic, I know how you feel. I panicked the first few times I ran on the treadmill, worrying that I was going to have an attack! After a few times where my breathing was fine, I relaxed, and eventually I ran for 20 minutes straight!

This is one of the BEST success stories I have read here!! I love your description of your journey. And thank you for sharing your weigh ins! I get so frustrated on those weeks when nothing happens (or I gain), but I can see by your weigh ins that it all works out in the end!!!
