I know I felt exactly the same I did the 20 mins last Tuesday and felt great afterwards didn't think it's possible but now I'm sure I can do it. Did week 6 day 1 last night nailed it :smiley:

I went to put my swimming shorts on saturday morning and they were huge size 4x so I went to the local clothes store and I was able to shop off the normal racks xl was so much more to pick :smile:

I found frozen mashed potatoes at the supermarket and they are yummy 200 grams is 210 calories pretty good value I think

You're doing really well I'm on a very similar jouney to you only mine is taking a little longer but still steady I started out at 156 kg (343 p) and Im curently at 126 (277 p) Only problem I dont have any before pictures .You are an inspiration to me thankyou :)
