I have a 225 and love it wouldn't bother upgrading to the 235 for the extra money

Get yourself a heart rate monitor like a polar watch or something way more accurate

I eat a couple of rolls for lunch almost everyday and have lost 60+ kilos I prefer brown rolls but it doesn't seem to make any difference to me. Just go with what works for you it's not a race to lose weight it's a life time thing :)

Keep at it :smile: I started running/walking around a year ago now I do it as often as I can doing the local 5k park run every saturday morning now. It is probably the most adictive thing I've ever done

You don't have to be hungry just eat better quality food with less calories

I know exactly how you feel I've lost 53.5 kg's which is 117.7 lbs and not quite done yet either feels bloody great though well done mate :smile:

C25k app it's brilliant I used the Zenlabs version

Set the treadmill at a real slow jog just a little faster than you walk the idea is to build up your stamina. Speed will come later as you get further along. It does get better but build up slowly Try C25K by zen labs I used that and found it great

I quite often just log in and put nothing never lost my streak until we went on holidays and I forgot to log in back up to nearly 200 now
