A year ago today on my son's first birthday, I didn't even want to get a picture with him, because I hated how big I had gotten. And after seeing the pictures of my self from his party I decided it was time to do something about my weight, so I wouldn't look back one day and regret never getting pics with my son because of how I looked. Today is now my sons second birthday, and the first time I have ever been able to look at a pic of myself without thinking 'look how fat I am'

5'3
SW: 88Kg
CW: 64.7 Kg
GW: 60 Kg


Total loss of 23 Kg (50 Lbs). Went from an obese BMI, and now I have a healthy BMI. I only have 4 kg more to loose to get to my goal weight, which will put me in the middle of my healthy weight zone.

When I reach my final goal weight I will post another success story will a lot more of my pics. These pics are from my sons first birthday, and today his second birthday.

    You look wonderful! And I totally know what you mean about not wanting your picture taken. Every year we go to Myrtle Beach, SC and I hate having my pic taken. I'm hoping this year will be different. I don't want to exclude myself from family memories because of something I can change. Congrats!!!
