Just take things one step at a time. Make one small change once a week and stick to it for a week and the next week make another change forget about your end goal just concentrate on the changes you have made that week. I've had it and it does help it does make a difference I just never finished the program. I still have the audio files so I guess ill have to get round to listening to them some day.
