Thanks Tim! Will power really does find you on induction. I think I got kicked out of ketosis and i'm struggling to get it back together. Having a rough time getting back under 20 net.

I actually had my first planned carb up day 2 days ago. Popcorn and 4oz of a smoothie at the movies :tongue: . Back to induction now though! :wink:

I eat the vanilla ice cream and the bar on the right. Sometimes I put the ice cream in the blender with cocoa etc. to make a milky smoothy. Love them and they don't stall my weight loss.
