I'm joining :smile: Did Alpha Cardio 1 Day 1 yesterday as a test run. Loved it. Going to do Cardio again on Monday and consider it as Day 1 Week 1. Do any of you do a specific diet with this? Any result pics?

For the knees I wear a brace on both knees and it helps with the impact

Hi! I have 12 more days of of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I typically do additional cardio + strength training while doing the shred. I'm rarely sore from it. I occasionally have some upper back soreness and during level 1 I had soreness/a cramp in my butt that has since then gone away.

I'm in! Just came off a cruise and gained 9 pounds! I'd like to be 148 pounds by the end of this month. I'm going back on induction because I have essentially cheated this whole year. I need your support guys. I fell off the wagon and can't seem to get back on!

That sounds like a good idea. Is the biotin the only thing in the One Source that's contributing to the hair and nails?

COUNT ME IN! I'm doing Induction again to lose my last 15 pounds. My birthday is April 24th I need a flat stomach if not abs by then for my Caribbean cruise! Weight 151 lbs.

4 out of the 7lbs gained on my 17 day vacation are down. Next stop, the treadmill for those last 3 to get back on track. Is there a January group?

7 pounds gained in 17 days over there. :sad: It's bittersweet because I had a ball :embarassed: Back to Induction Day 1 to get the 7 off!

Now that i'm in the Bahamas I obviously need to change this goal. Don't know if I can lose at all over here since i'm barely exercising and cheating like mad. I'm going to struggle just to maintain so the goal is to be 149 or 150 by the end of the month.

Usually big boned indicates you don't necessarily have much fat but can be broad. Like Callie from Grey's Anatomy below.

I'm back in the Bahamas. I have yet to achieve induction level carbs. It's been 3 days and i'm up 3 pounds. Tomorrow i'm going to try and eat meat and lay off of the daiquiris and other treats taking it all one day at a time.

I don't know what happened in November but I can't seem to do Induction the way I used to. I have yet to achieve 20 or less net carbs!

Sounds good. I weigh every morning too. Sometimes every night lol. I'm on extended induction and I workout (30 minutes cardio, strength training varies).

I'm in! My November goal was to lose 10- 17 lbs. That didn't happen (below). I'm sadly still bouncing as the last 10-20 are ROUGH to get off. This month i'll try harder as the last week of November was a total bust carb wise. Today is Day 1 of induction for me. Current weight is 151.
