Eat more often. Pick healthy foods, but sprinkle your choices with some limited "goodies" too. Like 1 piece of dark chocolate. Eat every 2-3 hours and this includes breakfast lunch & dinner. I do this and sometimes have to force myself to eat cuz I'm so sick of stuffing my face!

I'm restarting mine as well. I wanted to lose 80 pounds. Like you I'm about 5'3" and weighed in at about 200 lbs. That might not seem very overweight but on a short, petite frame it's alot. I'm sure you can relate to that! Good luck! I'll be cheering for you!
