I would suspect that you have not had very good teachers. As I stated in my post above, I see all sizes. Most teachers will offer many different options for modifications. Be sure that if you are a beginner, you go to a beginner class - not advanced.

I see all different levels and sizes in my classes. No one cares. If you are in a traditional yoga setting (not a gym), the students are there to develop their own practice and are not concerned about what poses you can or cant do. Creams that claim to reduce cellulite can have a *temporary* effect because they contain caffeine. You can get the same temporary effect by using coffee grinds in the shower as a scrub (great way to reuse grinds). I agree with this. I try to consume between 100-120 grams a day because I am strength training 3x per week. This equates to meat with every meal and usually a protein smoothie (which I love, so I consider it a treat).

I agree here. I am only going to weigh once a quarter. I don't even own a scale. It is all about how my clothes fit and inches lost. I decided on this because the first month I had lost no pounds, but clothes were looser.

Totally quick - and I just love canned tomatoes. 1 can of fire roasted tomatoes, 1/2 cup birdseye southwestern style rice and about a table spoon of taco or any mexican type seasoning. I eat it like a chunky soup. Yum. If I need to get my protein up, I add about a half cup of shredded chicken.
