how many grams of sugar per day
Hello! I am struggling with trying to figure out how many grams of sugar to eat per day. What should I shoot for if I am: 5'2, 154 lbs, 31% body fat. Eating 1,600-1,700 calories per day. I am working towards 100 grams of protein per day minimum. Just not sure how to target sugar. My diary is also open. thanks in advance,

Does anyone have any good chicken marinades they can share? I love just plain grilled chicken but I am getting pretty sick of dipping it into balsamic vinegar or mustard to get some flavor. Any ideas?

How close to daily calorie goal?
Hello! According to TDEE calculations, I should eat about 1,600-1,700 a day (that is subtracting out 20% for weight loss). There are days when I am close to 1,600 and days when I might be a little over and days where I am at just 1,400. I guess my question is: how close are you guys to your calorie goal each day?
