Thanks everyone I'm going goto panara. But also make a pot of soup so I have something accessible. I ended up having a frozen meal; the healthy choice lunch size. I didn't think it would fill me but luckily it did it's job!

thanks. For how much its costs i think i'll do something cheaper and focus on retraining myself on proper eating habits first. anyone have a good recommendation on a cheaper cleanse that works so i can try to cleanse my body.
