I'm 21 and 5ft 8in and im aiming for 175lb :D I'm built like a man :/ I'm incredibly broad. But having said that, I don't recall a time being smaller than this so when I get there I might change my mind, but anything below 182lb is amazing for me!

Chocolate is my diet breaker :/ I make sure I get some in the my calorie allowance everyday or I'd snap! That and Korma :love: *nomnom*

Couch to 5K is a great program for beginners! Im currently on Week 5 :) As for your knees, is there any fields near by? Running on grass is much better for knees and do you have knee supports? Not sure where you are but you can pick them up in places like Home Bargains and B&M without spending out, ebay and amazon might do…

Jump back on the track! Revisit your calorie daily allowance if your finding it too hard and just set it at a 1lb. Get that 30 day shred DVD back on! :flowerforyou: I do 30 day shred every other day, and take a rest day. Its ok :) :wink:

I've heard when you hit this point you need to up your calories to maintain for a week or so then drop them again. You just need to kick start your body again :) Also heard altering your exercise works too :)
