Haha love this one! I'm a lazy girl at heart and this works for me nearly every time - also, if I have something near me I can't have I throw it out of reach so my auto pilot snack hands can't get if without actually moving then I have time to talk myself out of it.

Like the others have said; Water weight. I know other programs like to make out that the weight loss over a week will be consistent and then weighing weekly will be the same but it's just not true :D it's murder- give it another few days maybe even a few weeks and it'll straight to come off. Definitely try measuring yourself with a tape measure. I use an app I can add all the measurements in to track the results - super satisfying! And if the scale hasn't moved but I've lost an inch of two collectively then I'm a happy bunny!

I use the leg curl machines at the gym and they have a little lock mechanism to keep your legs down so you don't lose form - well the little lock now goes down further than ever before! My thighs are shrinking! I recall not being able to get it to lock into the first one at all when I started but now I'm on the second 😄

This is spot on. Are you cutting out things you really like? You don't need to. If its a case of you open a packet of biscuits and can't stop at 1 or 2 then maybe set yourself up portions with a certain amount of calories in? Like 100/200 calorie goody bags. This ^ I gain randomly for any reason my body can muster up. Due on? 7lbs. Ovulating? 5lbs Sneezed east at 3pm? 10lbs. Haha I joke but it really is that unpredictable.

I do what a few others have said - eat at maintenance and maybe try to get more exercise activities in so I can eat even more :D and keeping busy means less time to put food in my mouth haha

My son's honesty never fails to get a laugh out of me; "Mom! I really need my juice bottle topping up but it's all the way over there and I'm just too lazy..." And when he talks to the people on TV; "IT'S OVER THERE YOU MUPPET!" was yesterday's laugh.
