Hi I've just bought T25 and hopefully starting it on Monday if the postman isn't late :) I'd be more than happy to keep tabs with you on it. It's my first time completing something like this I have always went to gym and attended classes so I'm keen to keep it up and record the progress I make.

Mmm I'm hungry for breakfast now haha. I usually have bran flakes and banana to get some fibre but my fav is pancakes or peanut butter and banana on toast :smile:

Hi I'm at 138 just now want to get down to 126 :) been stuck at this weight for last couple months so starting to include weights in my exercise routine see if it helps

Hi I'm a bit boring with my breakfasts I either have porridge with cinnamon, museli or my favourite a slice of wholemeal toast with peanut butter and banana :) yum yum yum :P

I'm always well under on my sodium so I don't think it's water retention. I exercise at least 3 times a week doing mostly cardio. I do a body step class, play badminton twice a week, swim a couple mornings before work and jog about 2K a couple times a week. I do weights sometimes but I want to lose more fat before I start…

It's been a few weeks now. My macros (if this is what they are ha ha) are 150g carbs, 40g fat and 60g protein. I'm always under on my fat and match carbs and protein well. I sometimes go over on my carbs as I eat a lot of fruit.

Thanks for the advise :) I'm going on 1200 as recommend by MFP to lose 2lb a week. I have to admit I have not been netting 1200 calories... I think I will try and do so and see how that affects me (may even try and net 1300 - 1400) as my weight loss has stopped the last few weeks. Scary thought though! Increasing calories…

Aww thank you! :) Is anyone trying out running as a form of exercise? I've tried to start jogging on the tredmill and I can only last 10 minutes :( tips on how to improve would be great :D
