I usually offer, unless someone is very insecure I don't think they would take offence. I'm 5'10", I've been stalled for ages but i think it's because I too scared to up my calories until I exercise

Mine was actually yesterday, but late. PT at the gym induction said I looked fit and healthy and found out I am in the healthy range for BMI and weight :happy:

Guilty of this too! I love the little low fat stack pots you can get it tesco, the caramelised onion one is to die for! Usually have it will carrot or celery, pitta, but have has it on pizza with pasta, someone said about baking chicken in it but I haven't tried that

Haanmom - I would love to get up and have a decent breakfast but I am the WORST at getting up but might boil some eggs the night before, hmmm plan, thank you.
