Don't know how many times I've started and stopped using this thing, but let's give it another go and see if it sticks. I'm off fad diets*, just hard work and a calorie deficit will do me fine now. *Yes I have a shake for breakfast sometimes, I'm using them up. We can't all be perfect right ;)

Overdone it!
So I have massively overdone it in my first exercise class since god knows when. No fitness tracker
So I have just done my first shared PT/bootcamp/circuit session. Luckily my thumbs still work to type, although the rest of me might not make it. I don't have a fitness tracker so was wondering the best way to record the exercise I do until I get one? Do I really need one? Alternatively, do I not track it and it's a bonus?
