Been on here a while, thought I would say hi and try pince a few ideas from people.

I'll be happy with losing a stone, more in need of toning up but I'm a bit of an exercise phobe so any tips for motivation welcome :)

    Then I would suggest that you fill out your profile, set a few goals, grab a few friends and GET STARTED!!!

    I was an exercise phobe too Becca. Find a dvd you like and give it a shot with some small weights. You can search some on Youtube before you buy anything. I'm doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and having fun. It's a challenge but doable. Give it a shot even if you can't do everything they show you just modify and keep moving and you'll see results!
