I've asked the same question before, it's always my carbs and fats that are highest Stupid question time............. Do you literally just pull a precooked chicken breast out your bag and start munching? I'm not a massive cold meat person either and only have a microwave at work.

This ^^ My problem was going all gung ho, hurt myself at the gym trying to do too much then thinking I physically can't go back for a week. Then not going back. This time I picked to sort out my diet (as in nutrition intake) first, then started at the gym. Slowly slowly catchy monkey :wink:

If you struggle with the idea of giving up completely try starting off with setting goals like only allowing yourself soda once you have had a glass of water or squash. If you can get through the withdrawals like lyndilu just mentioned, you will feel the benefit but you have to really want it!

I had a PT who was trying to get my business tell me "Yes carbs are bad" when I told him I was trying to eat more evenly (making sure I eat more protein). Don't think he liked when I said err no they aren't bad for you, everything in moderation.
