OP - Don't take offence, appears you aren't the first to have asked the question Kind of similar, I saw someone post in another thread about chia seeds, thoughts on those too? I don't want a quick fix just a slightly less biased view than I read before

I am never hungry first thing, usually because I don't give myself time to wake up I think. I usally graze between about 11 and 4/5 then have a dinner about 8. Works for me :)

I love boxercise, our was like circuits moving around to pair up with different people with punching and kicking. I ached for almost a week after!

Thanks ladies, very helpful. I'm not trying to specifically stay away from carbs it was more that I had noticed my intake was quite high and wanted to even things out to the recommended levels
