Folgers Gourmet Supreme with a little of Coffee Mate Italian Sweet Cream creamer. Can't bring myself to go Sugar Free. My mom is diabetic and I've tried the SF creamers and don't really care for them! This will be my only cup for the day. One sip left and then it's water from here on out!!!

My goal for February is 7 lbs. I made a goal of 5 lbs for January and lost 6! I'm also going to try increasing the amount of time that I jog this month!

I have it for the Wii, it tracks my calories burned for me. I created an exercise and named it Zumba and put in my own personal exercise.

I weigh myself once a week, on Fridays. I resist the urge to look at it more often than that :wink:

I am 5' 3" at my heaviest I was 189. Before I started MFP earlier this month I was down to 172.6 (not really sure how I lost the weight but I did).
