    My three:

Spam, pig's feet, Chef Boyardee spaghetti in the can
  • Mac n' cheese made with cheez whiz along with pan-fried sausage... we ate that a lot and I absolutely hate it now. Also peanut butter and pancake syrup sandwiches.
  • mmm peanut butter and pickle sandwich, guess I know what I'm having for lunch tomorrow now haha. But I used to eat salad with just cheese on it, dipped fries into mayo, and sometimes ate straight up sugar mixed with butter (makes me want to throw up now just thinking how bad I used to eat)

Knot bread roll with butter stuffed with a whole pack of bbq crisps

Way to many carbs for lunch now.

Oh and can i add meat as i'm now veggie for 20+ years
  • liver and onions is awesome.

    Agree!

For me, it would be powdered cocoa mix straight out the tub with a spoon. Also, peanut butter and onion sandwiches. My dad made a lot of weird peanut butter + something sandwiches, and while I'd still eat peanut butter and pickle, I can't do peanut butter and onion anymore.

Oh I thought of another. Liversausage sandwiched between crackers. Gross.

Liver sausage! Oh how I used to like that with mayo and mustard. Now? Not so much!
  • Hot dogs. Definitely hot dogs.

I have to agree with you. They gross me out now and I work in food service!!!

I don't know if this fits into this thread but.....when I was a kid my mother used to make beef stew all the time but she bought the least expensive and what seemed to me to be the fattiest meat she could find. I couldn't stand the feel of the fatty, chewy meat in my mouth and my parents used to make me sit at the kitchen table until I ate every last bit of it. I used to gag with every mouthful. Needless to say, beef stew has never, and will never, get anywhere near my mouth ever again!

Sugar layered on white bread, then rolled up and smooshed so the bread has an entirely different texture.
Not unlike Molly Ringwald's Cap't Crunch sandwiche in The Breakfast Club.
    Totally gross.

That was Allie Sheedy, Molly Ringwald ate sushi:wink:
My favorite sandwich when I was a chubby child was fried bologna topped with a fried egg and a slice of American cheese on white toast with yellow mustard. Blech!

My wife's mother used to do this with her as well. Except it was sausage and peppers. She used to use canned peppers ( slimy and gross!!). 40 years later she still canot stand the smell of green peppers.

Tomatoes. I loved raw tomatoes. I would bite into them, like I was eating an apple.

    I can't stand them now.

Those sour patch candy things. Blech! The worst I've heard of, though, is that my mom always ate raw hot dogs as a kid. Her mom just gave them to her as snacks.

And onions. When I was little I'd eat them like apples.
