Sorry - haven't been on the computer... Saturday I weighed in and was 165! I then sprained my ankle Saturday night rollerskating so I have not been back on the scale... no exercise besides me hopping around and thats been it!! Keep up the great work everyone!

I've tried a few and all I can say is OUCH!! I am way out of shape and with my bad back and shoulder a lot of the moves were not for me. I weigh in everyday and the numbers always change. I need to just weigh in on Monday mornings - but I have become obsessive with the scale especially if I do not like the previous number :(

Well I am going with yesterday's numbers of 172.4. The scale today was crazy... Told me 168 even then it told me 172.8. But kept bouncing around but yesterday it was steady!! So It is a loss of 1 lb. Thanks... Yes it is super annoying and just gets on my nerves. Also not having normal BMs is not helping me lose much either! Thank you - I will see what other carbs I can cut out! :wink:

I bought a new scale and was 173.4 today! :noway: I guess when my old scale said 171 it lied - oh well - I am starting with teh new scale and today's weight. This will be what I base next week off of! Thanks guys!!
