Ive been doing P90X for 7 months now. on cardio days you burn around 600 calories. On the resistance days you burns about 450 thats including the ab ripper. I added running 3 miles every day to the end of mine so each day I now burn about 1000 calories

It gets easier, after a while it becomes a Habit. Im doing it for my 3rd time right now. Ive added running 3 miles everyday as well and that helps a lot.

I really dont think you can over do your protein unless you try. That being said protein is used to repair the muscle that you damage when you work out, creating more muscle repairing it faster, therefore burning more calories in the process.

I honestly just bought a $20 from walmart. Its pretty accurate. Ive compared it to the stuff at the gym. Dont use it for a watch though... for some reason its really doesnt keep time very well

On average, on the cardio/plyo days its around 600 calories per day, on the weight day you burn about 450-500 thats including the ab ripper. I added running 3 miles in about 21 min to it and that helped a lot.

Just remember its not really what you eat, rather how much you eat. everything in moderation. If the nutrition facts says something is 1 cup then only eat one cup. Every fast food place has like one or two item for under 300 calories, Just stay away from it so you arent tempted.
