pull-ups man, its all in the pull ups the ultimate upper body work out. especially when it come to that kind of stuff. A guy in my unit did one a couple of weeks ago and said that he is glad he had been doing them and thats what makes the difference

Well Im doing P90X for the 5TH TIME, honestly if you dont follow the nutrition plan it takes a little bit longer (granted it does still work), on a brighter note Im in better shape now than when I left Parris Island.

It gets very addicting very very fast, and as long as you stick with it and push yourself each and ever day youll be very very happy. I was at 250 with 37% body fat, Im now 185 with 10% body fat. Eat like youre supposed to and it does get easier btw..

The only thing Ive ever done with insulin resistance is take CLA which increases insulin resistance forcing your body to burn fat, down side is for as much as you have to take to be effective it gets kinda expensive, You you to take about 3-5 GRAMS a day
