  • It is hard and lots of folks are in the same boat with you, including me :) Going out to eat just wreaks havoc on my diet...I have started cutting my portions in half and asking for a to-go box to put it in right away. out of sight, out of mind method?! but it helps GOOD LUCK TO YOU!
  • I am a first timer on this site, but not new to diets. Emotional eating is something I fight as well. It's a New Year and I want to make changes! Maybe if we all support one another we can accomplish the goals we have set for ourselves :)
