Lots of awesome people on here. I'm a pro-geek/nerd whatever! Can't game too much anymore because of work, so am now off the "WoW crack", happy to accept connections ! I've also noticed I can't game as much and keep on top of exercise, so I'm now a nerdy track everything when I exercise type too!

Black - get better coffee if it has no flavour! Columbian or Kenyan roasts are really nice. make them strong and enjoy a low calorie pick me up. Or espresso if you enjoy the bittersweet aftertaste.

Rest, proteins after training. more rest. Other than that, fit it into your daily calories. Although I try not to eat much too close to training as I tend to get a stich! So then just whip down some more calories in the post work out protein shake. Suspect you'll get some interesting intake timing comments though :)
