It seems like you are getting your regular burn (RMR)? and your exercise burn added back to your mfp? What does your garmin app say you had for a calorie burn?

@Aaron_K123 I have done it all. Literally, name a diet plan and I have probably tried it. But regardless of "Diet" I only get results if I am actually counting calories.

LOL. We need phase I. I just posted about our terrible pizza addiction. It isn't a joke. This morning I made really nice omelet and totally forgot the 1/2 cup of spinach. I am going to toss up a half cup of raw spinach yogurt dressing and sunflower seeds as a mid morning snack.

My Father was a peanut farmer, i have pb like 100 different ways but by far my absolute favorite is plain unsalted ground peanuts....no extra oil, sugar, salt, molasses. It makes a difference!
