I have a therapist I see, and her advice helps, but it's like she can't fix me and I'm trying to find a way to fix myself. That's what's so hard.

Lol! Drama llama made me laugh! There really isn't anyone. It's just the anticipation. I do care, but I just feel like not caring is easier, I feel like I'm stressed out enough, that's not something I need to add. Do you get what I mean? I will definitely look at those, I've never heard of them!

Thank you! I know and this is the 3rd one I've been on within the past year. It's just frustrating because I feel like I won't ever be happy and I don't know what changed.

I'm not on BC and I haven't since I was 18, but I started a new depression medication called brintellix, it doesn't feel like it's helping much.

Awesome, I invited you!!

Mine has the same problem. It won't track the steps, but subtracts a ton of calories??
-
Thank you!! I will check it out!!!

It's set to my fitbit, but it's not adjusting anything. It's says I've taken 0 steps and no calorie adjustment. Thank you!
-
That makes sense. It hasn't done it today. Thank you! I was wondering if it was user error or not, lol!
-
No I don't./:

No, no fit bit or anything. /:

My app, the remaining calories I can eat (I ate a little over my Dailey goal yesterday), and no tracking at all. /:

Okay, thank you everyone for the tips! (:

Okay, I'm just worried about proportions. I used to weight my food, but it was just too much, which is why I turned to the 21 day fix.
-
That makes so much more sense, outside of the gym. Thank you!

It's 1640, that's the only reason why I said about. I track every single thing including the almond milk I add to my shakes and only drink water. My problem is proportion control which is why I use cup sizes.

Okay awesome! I just hate waiting around and sometimes I can't wait, I just need to do it or else I know I won't later... Thank you! I'll do cardio on empty then weight barring on days I know I have time to do it and eat. Thanks you guys! ☺️

It suggests 1600 if I'm active but I am trying to workout 6 days a week and my BMR says if I work out that much I need at least 1410 to survive, so that doesn't work. So I bumped it up to 1800 as an average between all the BMR/TDEE sites I tried which used my age, gender, measurements, weight, height, and body fat…

Okay thank you!(:

For those of you that consume a lot of calories, how long do you exercise each day and what do you do? Also, what do you eat to gain those calories back, I would think for it to be a lot of food especially if it's not like a hamburger from McDonalds that's 800 calories.

Thanks you guys!(: That was a lot and good information!(:
-
Thank you! That was a lot of good information... Maybe that is what I'm doing wrong. I'll try a scale tomorrow and see how it goes. Thank you!

Yes I mostly drink water, not juice soda nothing except for milk when I sometimes make smoothies or on occasion cereal, water is like my best friend lol. And yes I know it's inconsistent... ): I just skip meals without realizing what the time is, which causes me to eat really late times. What things do you think I need to…

I tried eat more and that's how I gained! Now I'm just at a plateau and it's frustrating. I'm 19 you'd think my metabolism would be better....:grumble:

As of this past week I cannot do cardio because my foot is broken!): I used to do 15 minutes of the elliptical( it's easier on my hips and knees than jogging) then the week before I broke my foot I bumped it to 30 thinking 15 was not enough. I also do resistance training, which I just figured out what and how much I should…

Thank you!

Okay, thank you! Right now I can't do much cardio because I have a broken foot, but I am going to try to do rowing. I read that it's the next best thing to do. That and swimming, but I can't move my foot at all. I workout at home, I have an elliptical, stationary bike, one of those home gyms that have the pull up bar and…

That's true, thank you!

I use this website's app as my "diary" and food scale, I just started trying this way of using your hands for proportion sizes, I tend to have bigger eyes than my stomach so I helps me realize I do not need to eat that much. And what are some examples of resistance exercises? And how long should I do cardio for?
