Fitbit not connecting??
is anyone else having problems syncing their Fitbit to this app?? Mine isn't calculating the steps and I uninstalled both apps and still it says 0. Any ideas? Thank you!

Calories keep changing???
My calories keep going over each time I log in?? Like I was just at -47 (over my amount) then it jumped to -58 and I haven't eaten anything or changed anything except adding my water intake. Is anyone else having this problem??

What do you consider lightly to moderate exercise?
im trying to figure out how many calories to intake and I jog about 20-30 minutes with another 10-15 minutes walking and maybe 1 or 2 days a week of strength training for 15-30 minutes. So I was wondering if it's okay to jog or even do resistance training (e.g. Pilates) right when you wake up before eating breakfast. Questions about BMR and calorie intake!
Okay hopefully I can word this right. If my BMR is 1500 and I eat 1600 calories a day, but burn 500 calories a day doing exercise that puts my calories to 1100 calories. I want to lose 30 lbs, a am 5'4 and weigh 163 and eating 1700 calories a day (should I eat more or less calories a day??).
