I have back issues, and understand your medication woes! My drugs were for depression, not the back pain, but they also made me expand. 40 lbs gained in one year, and no matter what I've done, they won't go away. Like all the successful people before us, consistency is key. We can do this!

Does Insanity count as HIIT or should I try something else? I've heard a lot of people say you don't lose much on it, just get better stamina?

I'm sure it is healthy and within my B.M.I., but in a bikini there is blatantly room to improve, as i have put on 15 pounds in the last few months and have no muscle what so ever. I want to look healthy, not starved, and fit. So I want to lose weight first primarily, and then ALSO tone up along the way.
