Do macros matter for CICO?
As long as I'm under my calorie goal for the day, does it matter that I don't hit my protein and leap frog over sugar goals? If CICO is correct, then I should still lose weight, yes? I don't go to bed hungry or anything, so it's not like I didn't have dinner because I wanted chocolate. Will that really make a difference?

Quick question. I have set my profile to sedentary. This affords me 1200 calories per day. I then count my steps and usually get up to 13000 steps per day. This then gives me some extra calories. I'm doing Insanity at the moment and I was wondering what is considered eating enough on it? I know Shawn T sets out calories in the booklet but I was planning on just using my heart rate monitor, set to losing 1.5lbs a week, and eating back the calories? Is this wrong?

Ok, so sometimes I am under my net of 1200 by like 100 calories, more or less, rarely over, but my sugar and fat are usually over? Not always the fat, but definitely the sugar... Is this affecting my weight loss?
