Ok, so sometimes I am under my net of 1200 by like 100 calories, more or less, rarely over, but my sugar and fat are usually over? Not always the fat, but definitely the sugar... Is this affecting my weight loss?

It won't affect weight loss. Protein and fats are things that you can go over on without worrying about and sugar is just a type of carb. If you're within your cab limit it doesn't really matter how much of it is from sugar. It all gets turned into sugar in the end anyway.

Yaaaaay! Thanks so much for responding! I'm only 10lbs from my goal, and haven't seen any loss in a month, so I was wondering if that was why, so this is a relief! Thanks very much!x

Agreed. If you hit your macros and your daily intake (here's hoping that you've set an accurate daily intake), then the sugar count won't factor in.

If you are only 10 pounds from goal, you need to increase your calories. That may be why you have stalled. You are probably not eating enough. Check out the Roadmap.

Well I say I am only 10lbs from goal but being honest, my starting weight is only 10lbs from my goal? As in starting weight is 132, goal is 122? Does that make a difference, or should I still be upping my calories? I think I've lost 3 lbs so far, but nothing measurement wise, so I think that may have been water weight?
