I have lost 2lbs so far! Not since joining this group, but since starting MFP in March. So current weight, 130, and that is with Mother Nature beating me up at the moment, so fingers crossed I will resist any new temptations, since I failed this morning and had Belgian Waffles for Brunch, and I'll be back on track! x

Done! And I followed it up with 105 squats as part of the 30 day squat challenge. Wowee! Realig feeling the burn! :)

That's my goal weight treat too! There's something so confident about a belly button piercing! You have to be totally confident in your body to pull it off, as it pulls a spotlight to your stomach! Way to go lady!

Well I say I am only 10lbs from goal but being honest, my starting weight is only 10lbs from my goal? As in starting weight is 132, goal is 122? Does that make a difference, or should I still be upping my calories? I think I've lost 3 lbs so far, but nothing measurement wise, so I think that may have been water weight?

Yeah it's super cool! I was leaning towards the FT4, as it's a bit cheaper than the FT7, but the added bonus of fat burning and knowing that I plan on sticking with this healthy business forever, not just as a phase, encouraged me to spend that little bit more!

Polar FT7 for the win! I love mine. It has the added advantage of telling you if you are in your fat burning zone or cardio zone, which I find super helpful at the moment, since I want to concentrate on burning fat!

AGGRAVATING!!!!! Oh my god, I am slowly going insane from it! There's a few other mistakes that are beyond annoying too, such as the there/their/they're issue, and to/too, but even so, LOOSE is definitely number one. Pre-logging is never my style. I can't live my life to an organised schedule! That's too restricting, and not a lifestyle I could keep. The banana superman was just annoying! Rolling back and forth! Grrr! But this killed! I did extra donkey kicks, frogs and side planks, because they didn't stress me enough, but I definitely got the heart rate up! HRM was average 134 with a max of 158. Wahey! Looking forward to rest day tomorrow! :)

Blogilates.com is pretty good too! Free, and she does monthly workout plans, as well as different exercises and everything. Seems pretty good! I do Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 and it is GOOOOOOOOD. Two thumbs up.
