I don't have "cheat days" I have "treat days". These days are planned so I can adjust the rest of my meals/day accordingly. Whether I cut back in other areas or get in an extra workout to account for my treat! With my cheats I still make it as healthy as possible. For example, if I'm craving pizza I will have 1 meat…
