As soon as I get home, I get my exercise in. I find I'm not actually hungry and if I start exercising (go for a walk, do a workout, etc.) I'm occupied. Then when I'm done it's time for dinner.

It all depends on the ingredients within these products. There are some protein bars that have more calories and sugar than chocolate bars. Does that make them a healthier option? Many crackers can be just as bad as chips as well.

Yes. My focus was toning and I lost 12 inches but I also lost 7lbs.

I just recently hit maintenance. I didn't have a lot of lose but I'm finding it difficult to "up" my calories now that I'm used to eating less. I'm finding I'm not anywhere near where it says I should be for maintenance (500+ more calories a day).

Done!! I finished today and I'm so proud of myself! I took my time and didn't do it in 30 days but I did it. I lost a total of 7lbs and 11 inches!

I've just been doing the shred along because I want to know exactly what I lose doing the program.

I started Level 3 today. I like it MUCH better than Level 2 but oh wow, my legs were BURNING. I had to stop a couple times but that's okay. I love seeing how I progress throughout the level.

I've been doing the 30 day shred for about a month now. Tomorrow I start level 3. In the past I've always given up, so this time I told myself I would take my time. I haven't been concerned with doing it EVERY day. If I'm sick, tired, unmotivated then I don't do it and continue the next day. Level 2 took me longer than…

I don't mind it. I find it gets a bit repetitive because you do each level for 10 days. I'm half way through and I'm really not enjoying Level 2. I'm 5'4" and 113lbs and I burn 200ish calories (depends on the day) according to my HRM.

Honestly, my first thought was jealousy. It takes a lot to make a huge change, such as this, in your life. They can probably see that your look amazing, live healthier than ever before and you're overall happy.
