Ease into 10K
I completed C25K last April and have since fallen out of running. A couple of weeks ago I got on the treadmill to see if I could still run the 5K and I could, so I set myself a new goal - 10K. I'm now doing the Ease into 10K program. Anyone else trying to run 10K?

Runners: Bruises on legs?
Okay runners, I have a question for you. Does anyone else get bruises on their legs from running? Before you ask, no I'm not running into things! :D I find when I run more, I constantly have bruises on my legs but if I stop, the bruises stop.

Buying a new scale.
So... I live at home and on the weekend my Mom bought a new scale. Since then, I have lost weight every single day (yes, I weigh myself everyday... shoot me!). Side Dishes
What do you have as your sides for dinner, besides veggies? We usually have a meat, veggie, salad and carb (potatoes, rice, couscous, etc) but I would like to get away from so many carbs if I can. Just veggies and meat doesn't fill me up :(

Frustrated - my weight is bouncing around.
I'm really starting to get frustrated. A week after I started, I lost 1 pound, then a couple days later I lost another. Then 2 days after that I weigh myself and I'm up 2 pounds (grrr).
