My blog is really just a visual food journal and probably very boring to others but here it is anyway ...

I just started a blog to keep a visual food journal too, in addition to my written journal here. It's mostly just pictures, and sometimes it's of the food package, other times, it's the food as prepared.
Sometimes it's also easier for me to snap a picture on my phone, then e-mail it to the blog so I don't forget anything if I won't have access to the computer for a stretch of time.
It's not always ideal, but it's honest. I do eat a lot of packaged food, and most days I'm sure I'm over my MFP-recommended sodium, but I've discussed that with my Dr., and he advised me that as long as my b/p is good, I don't need to worry too much about it.
