I want to say goodbye to my thighs!

To those of you who have noticed a difference in your thighs/butt, what exercise were you doing?

If anyone has any suggestions, I'll take them!

    my thighs have toned up alot. For the last month I've been doing

    1) running on the treadmill (3 miles every two days at 5.0mph)
    2) jump squats (start small, the first time I did 25 and couldn't walk down the stairs for a week) You could also do squats holding weights. Lunges!
    3) the thigh machines at the gym, there's three of them. Inner thigh, outer thigh, lower thigh muscles are worked.
    4)various hanging upsidedown machines at the gym lol.
    5) leg raises (in bed while watching tv after the day, it's a great use of time)

  • Do squats. you act like you are sitting in a chair and then jump up and put your hands as high as you can in the air it is great for your butt and thighs!

    google toning exercises...and sculpting ones too...I use Your Shape for that, and I have to admit, I am so sore today in my thighs lol...it's a good sore though.

    I started my Buns Of Steel dvd yesterday........I used to do it a long time ago and saw great results....since I just started yesterday I can't tell you results yet! It works your butt and thighs!

    Lunges and squats are the most effective.
