A bit about myself. I'm 27 beginning weight was 208 I'm at 176 right now. My goal is to be 150 by May 2015 and 120 by July 2015....

Those are great goals but try not to get upset when u do not reach them quickly losing quickly has its down falls and we all plateau at some point do not get discouraged just keep pressing on0

I've gotten this far and its nothing to get upset about
I maintain my diet I've eliminated a lot of bad food and I do the gym daily
