I am having the same problem. I have not lost any weight in the last 3 months. The scales go up 1lb then down a 1lb but everyone I see keeps saying I have lost loads of weight, what am I doing, how much weight have you lost?! HI all, I am ready to go my current weight is 172 and my goal by the 1st of April is 165. To kick start this and get everyone in the mood I think I am going to challenge you all to do 100 sit ups and 20 push ups today on top of any other excercise you are planning on doing. Good luck everyone!
