I agree with BryanBootka...you get use to it! I personally stay my butt inside. Only go out if I need to or I go out later when it's starting to cool off.

I'm 200lbs (considered overweight) and currently doing P90X. I get through the workouts just fine with modifications whenever needed. I thought the program was going to be very extreme but so far it's really not that bad.

Fruit!! Especially some good and juicy cantaloupe. I also just recently started snacking on Quakers mini rice cakes- Cinnamon Strudel. They are 90 calories a bag and delicious! I also like making smoothies using mixed frozen fruit and juice.

I normally just have what I'm craving (in moderation) so I can get rid of it because substituting doesn't work for me.

Thanks CurriedGraxxhopper. I will look into the forums. On the Get Started video he stated that you could start with the Lean and then which to Classic for Phase 2 so I may try doing that.
