I'm 5'5" and my goal weight is 130. I was always around 130 in my teens, and have always had a curvier build (and I like having nice boobs and a butt). I got down to 118 in my early 20s and I looked borderline anorexic. Depending on you body type, 120-140 is a good goal for 5'5"
