dont worry , it will go as quickly as it appeared as long as it was a once in a blue moon thing .. its when its regular over indulgence that it sticks!

your not gonna grow into massive muscle mountain unless you are doing weights so big you can only manage about 5 reps at a time.. if in doubt , just do more at lighter weight . and concentrate on controlling the movement really slowly to get a better workout

i too have scales set in reverse at mo .. which is really annoying , i been on this site since jan , but the trick is to ignore it and carry on .. it will sort itself out .... apparantly it takes about 6 weeks for yr body to get used to all the change and settle down .. keep going !

thanks for that ! thought i was imagining things . its nice to know someone else has same symptoms .. ( tho not nice for u obviously) much appreciated the sharing, my cousin has a little girl who is a coeliac , so i was aware .. think for me its a sensitivity rather than an intolerancxe . and am avoiding bread for the mo

ok , none of those symptoms thankfully . just real pain when eaten bread or lots of carbs , . .. hmm .. will see what happens over next few days

you should always have breakfast , ... when excercising after about the first 20 mins or so yr body switches to burning fat for fuel .. so just keep going even if u feel like giving up !
-
lol i wish .. i sweat like im leaking :)

if u search around in yrtools tab i think ... u will find a tab at top which tells u yr bmi .. it shows it on a graph type thing to give u an idea of where u r in the grand scheme of things !
-
right , .. i was told first 6 weeks is a re adjustment period .. and more about u feeling better than inches or pounds lost .. but stick with it , it will kick in when yr body realises it not just a fad :)
-
i would say its worth investing in one that does calories burned as well as hr ..

i do an hours class with a friend , her hrm says she burns about 600 cals :) hope that helps .. i log it in to fit pal as hi impact aerobics , and it gives me just under 500 ..

it depends how hard u work , ... i come out of zumba dripping in sweat , and do a high impact a workout as i can , so as much jumping and high energy as i can manage so i track it as hi impact aerobics .. , but if yr doing more dance moves and less energy , yr right to go with the dance option , ( u will get less calories…

try having a massive glass of water before each meal , and making concious effort to eat slowly .. ( yr body takes a while to realised u have refueled . so if u eat to quickly , yr brain doesnt register it until a while after .. good luck )
-
no , u dont have to give it up .. u just have to "earn it " so go work off some calories to allow for a proper drinky sesh :) x
-
i would personally only add stuff that elevates my heart rate and/or makes me sweat . .. anything else is just part of yr daily routine .. hope that helps .
