Gym. Bottom line. If you work out at home there are so many distractions. Take that one-two hours for yourself. You deserve it. I have to frown on the fast weight loss you are seeking though, that is not a healthy way for your body. But to answer the question on hand; Gym.

Have avocado for dinner. I just have a cup of cottage cheese, diced fresh tomato, and a cubed avocado. Little pepper, no salt, to taste. Yummo :)
