I also watched the show and thought how do they do that so i bought the book, read it and sent a copy to my sister. I've lost 58lbs since jan and she has lost 116lbs since sept 2013. I eat between 1200 - 1500 calories a day and 2400 once a week, work out most days doing lots of strength training.

Love my fitbit flex, one down side is it counts steps when i ride my motorbike.

Hi Debbie, i had 85lbs to loose, i've now got 33 to go, my sister has about 200lbs to loose and has so far lost 105 since last sept. We both read chris powell's choose to loose more and something clicked, its not a diet its a life change. Best of luck :happy:

Hi also looking for friends, i'm 44 and have so far lost 50lbs about 40 to go to get me to 160lbs which i hope i will be happy with. I watched Chris Powell on the TV and wanted some of what he can do with people, so far its working, my sister has lost 100lbs since sept.

Hi, I have some cheese or almonds with my meals, 09.00 omelette with ham, veg & cheese, 12.00 salad with chicken, dressing and shaved cheese or sliced almonds, 15.00 greek yogurt & almonds and 18.00 protien with stir fried veg with a small bit of olive oil. I started weight training last july as below, training on Mon, wed & Fri day 1 Bench press Leg press Overhead press Tricep curl Day 3 Bar Row Pull down Dead lift Bicep curl Day 5 same as day 1 and so on. Well done Becs, ive been doing it a few months and loose an average of 2lb a week which i'm very happy at 41 lbs down so far. My sister has lost 84lbs since last sept after i bought her choose to loose more.

I follow Chris Powells card cycling which allows you one day a week to heat what you like. As i eat good the reat of the week i don't want to eat to bad on that one day but the other week i really fancied pizza so i had pizza did i regret it a few hours later oh yes i felt sick. Hi, I lift weights also and like you I'm strong and getting stronger, I'm on between 1300 and 1500 cals a day, I've about 60lbs to get off which is coming of at 1 to 2 lbs a week.

Hi my goal is very slightly under yours but its going well, so far lost just over 30lbs, I have started spending more time in the gym which has really helped no end and following chris powells carb cycling. I need some friends so I will add you and we can help each other along.
