Danni, i used to like a weetos bar, about 90 cals it has a tiny bit of chocolate on the base, always took the craving away. It's something i always look to buy when i'm home in the uk on leave.

Quinoa makes me husband really sick, it took the third time of him eating it then being violently sick for us to notice the connection. If you read up about it on line it does say it makes some people sick. I'm good with it so if he annoys me to much i can always put some quinoa in his food :o)

I have to say well done you look great. I started my journey last year and when i got told to lift weights i thought it was crazy but hey 66lbs down so far and much stronger and fitter than ive ever been.

Have to admit Dunkin coffee is my soft spot too, i now have a hazelnut coffee (not the syurp but the coffee is flavoured) and a splash of skimmed milk, it does the trick for me.

I do a lot of weight training and lost weight 66lbs so far. At times i did feel nothing was happening as my weight stayed the same and even went up but my clothes got bigger on me so i knew my body was changing.

I eat five meals a day, this stops me snacking as i don't get hungry.

I'm following Chris Powells carb cycling which every saturday i can have a guilt free day, most days i have between 1200 - 1500 cals but on saturday i can have up to 2500 cals. works for me so far lost 66lbs.

I'm from the UK but on a posting to the USA for a few years. I can't help it but i love cowboy boots and have 10 pairs black, brown, red and Turquoise every time i go texas or arizona i come back with some.

You can do this. I watched Extreme Weight loss on the tv and wondered how do they do that. I'm now 66lbs lighter, a lot fitter and feel great. My sister started at 389lbs she is 150lbs lighter and has a new lease on life, she couldn't walk far now she walks for miles and lifts weights. Good luck

I've just joined Chris & Heidi Powells diet bet, i have to loose 8.3lbs by the end of Jan. So making sure i'm on here every day for inspiration and to keep me on track. When i track i succeed.

I've had a fitbit flex for just over a year and love it, i can check through the day how many steps i have done which then makes me get up and walk a bit more. The charge HR was going to be my christmas pressie but wasn't out then so hoping to get one this week.

I have been doing weight watchers for it seems half my life and guess what i lost weight but gained back more. I now use MFP, changed the way i look at food and have lost 63lbs. I would never go back to WW, i have learned so much about food and exercise in the past year.

Took me about 30lbs until anyone noticed it. Keep at it as it feels great when people do notice.

04.50 up, drive into DC and in the gym at work for 06.00. Its great having a gym at work as not far to crawl to my desk. i'm then mad enogh to go again at 15.30.

i eat 5 times a day starting at 05.30 half a cup of high fibre cereal and protien shake made with almond milk so 250 - 300 cals, i then eat at 09.00 again about 250 - 300 cals, works for me, found it hard at first but now when i wake at 05.00 i'm ready for food.
