I have one, its a nice upgrade from the magic bullet my only complaint is its harder to get the lid off because its larger than the magic bullet so its hard to get a good grip on when the lids stuck

Hi im not a single mom but I want to say all you women are AMAZING! much respect to you all! You could look into your local rec center and see if they offer a playgroup or daycare facility that you can use while you go take a yoga or a spin class.. alot of the fit mommas I see in these classes use the childminding facility.

This is true. I bet your stomach looks like what mine does << but if you cannot feel your abs when you flex, you probably will have to cut back more fat to see them than someone who can feel their abs. I weigh 136 in my picture but ive only seen horizontal definition closer to 120lbs

I have a balanced flexible diet so there is nothing out of bounds for me I did however, pretty much completely stop eating rice and pasta, and I used to eat it for dinner every night.

They don't disgust me, more of freak me out and sometimes they upset me because I remember how sad and alone I felt inside.. especially the one in my photos on my profile I just remember how depressed I felt during that time of my life.
