Yes ma'am I carry my weight on my butt/thighs and in my baggy pajama pants I look more in proportion than I really am. I take that pic first thing in the morning so maybe I am fluxed down closer to 130 but I've never seen any weight below 130 on the scale

I do bikram yoga and most of the instructors I see are overweight. I don't think size really matters when its paired with command and knowledge!

Stepper you mean like the one with the two foot panels that you move your feet up and down in a vertical plane? like this? You can set the resistance on those so that you have plenty of time to take each step, dont be intimidated by people using them at a fast pace, and even if you have it set too high, worst that happens…

I moved my workouts from 5pm to 7pm so that I get home at around 8:30 then in bed at 9pm This way I'm working out when my binge urges usually hit. Its working well so far, wanted to share maybe it can help you guys too :)

Just made the air-popped chocolate popcorn recipe posted earlier, or somehow on one of the blogs linked dont remember where i saw it. Was amazing! 6cups air popped popcorn drizzled with 1/4c organic dark chocolate! WOW makes the chocolate go so far and popcorn is low calorie when its air popped!

You cant spot reduce, but you can spot tone. The fat comes off everywhere but you can build muscle in specific parts.

I'm also a pear! I started weightlifting heavy weights and I have noticed my butt and thighs have gotten much tighter Right now I squat 70lbs and DL 90. I also do split squats with 45lbs I think it really helps the butt!
