@kge I really hope you're okay, even if you did binge its important to not give up! That's so amazing and inspiring that you are in medical school, which really speaks for your character to go through all that to help other people. Be careful with IF though, it isn't for everybody. It didn't take long for me to "grow out" of using the elliptical at my gym and move onto more challenging cardio like running, stepmill or spin bike. Everyone is different though but I am glad I waited to purchase one because it would just be gathering dust if I did.

Schedule a night time snack you have after dinner and before bed. That way after dinner you have your snack to look forward to instead of eating dinner and thinking about food for 4 hours

When I was big I got a sports bra from walmart and wore it under baggy shirts and comfy pants. I think the most important thing is that they aren't flapping around smacking you in the face! I have a bigger friend who is 250lbs and she wears the built in bra tops from walmart too but she doesn't have big boobs.

I used to intermittent fast with no food after 6pm and wonder why I would wake up at 2am drenched in sweat and freezing cold. Yeah.. make sure you don't have blood sugar sensitivity if you're going to do that
